Viewing recorded courses

  • Technical Requirements

To provide the best viewing experience, it is up to the purchaser of the ticket to view a course, to ensure that their viewing device meets minimum technical specifications to view videos in at least 720p and that their internet connection is stable and of a minimum of about 5Mbps.

Google Chrome is the recommended browser and if any other browser is used, the latest version of Adobe Flash should be installed. The user must ensure their device is free from malware and/or virii and the School takes no responsibility for the performance of the videos should the user be careless to the minimum/recommended specifications for viewing video online or the requirements mentioned here.

A login to Facebook or Google with your account is required to purchase a ticket.

Each course has a unique expiration period for a ticket. Once the ticket expires, a new purchase will be necessary to view it again.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Course(s)

The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any advertised courses or videos at the School without liability for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient admissions or enrolments. The School may cancel or reschedule affected lectures, courses or programmes, due to very low attendance making it impossible to continue teaching a given lecture.

Once a ticket is purchased for a recorded video, no refund or cancellation is possible.

The School reserves the right to change or amended advertised course content, timing and syllabuses of any of its courses at its discretion and without prior notice.

The School reserves the right to amend, where necessary, course fees and dates of courses. The School prospectus is subject to alteration without prior notice.

In the event that a course is unable to run, for whatever reason, the School will notify applicants/students at the earliest opportunity. In these circumstances the School will seek to offer a suitable alternative course. If such provision were not available or not acceptable, applicants/students would be expected to notify the School of their withdrawal from the School in writing. Following this formal withdrawal the School would consider an appropriate refund of any course fees received.

Refund Policy

• Course fees refund policy

Course fees are not refundable or transferable. Recorded lectures are recommended to be viewed in Google Chrome or with Adobe Flash installed, refunds due to technical issues are the liability of the purchaser and not possible. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of the School. In such circumstances, the School must be informed, in writing, as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days  before the commencement of the course or purchase of a recorded course.

Students who are late in starting their course for whatever reason will not be entitled to a refund of, or reduction in course fees; this also applies where students have not attended all their classes/courses.

No Course fees are refundable if, after the commencement of a course, the student stops attending the classes or leaves the course before its completion, or he/she is suspended by the School due to non-attendance or misconduct, or a legal prosecution by the law enforcing authorities.

A minimum of 6 weeks is required to process any refunds.

Students will be liable to pay all necessary bank and/or transfer charges for application and refund processes. Please note that by making a fees deposit payment to the School, students agree to pay the full amount of their course fees to the School in due course.

Disclaimer

It is the student’s responsibility to provide valid and up-to-date contact information for themselves. This contact information should include a working e-mail address. The School will assume that any method of communication for which the student has provided contact information, including e-mail, is secure. The School will not be liable for any damages, financial or otherwise, resulting from the release of the student’s personal information to a third party as a result of communication with an invalid or insecure contact point or the interception of communication with said contact point, be it a postal or e-mail address, a telephone number or an SMS.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

The School reserves the right to amend or alter any or all of these Terms & Conditions at its discretion and without any prior notice. Students are reminded to visit the School website regularly for the details of up-to-date Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy

• Data protection

The School may hold personal data on all clients in both manual and computer-based administrative systems. These systems have been registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All personal data relating to applicants or students are treated in accordance with the Act.

• Financial Data

For payments made via our online booking system, the School does not store your financial information and it is processed on secure servers via our partners.

Minimum Age

Students must be at least [18] years old to purchase content at the School

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these its breach, termination or invalidity shall be settled by the laws of England.
